Job Description: Credentialing Specialist (Team Lead Potential)

Location: Gurgaon


Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, PST Time Zone ( California )

We are seeking a Credentialing Specialist with experience to join our team in Gurgaon. This role involves direct, in-house credentialing for 12 providers across our four outpatient centers, with support from an external credentialing partner. This is not a client-based role, allowing for a more focused and manageable workload.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the credentialing process for our healthcare providers, ensuring timely completion and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all credentialing activities.
  • Collaborate with our external credentialing partner to streamline and enhance processes as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all credentialing matters within the organization.
Potential for Growth:

Given the current limited volume, this role does not involve team management. However, if the credentialing volume increases in the future, there may be an opportunity to lead a team, with the potential to assume a Team Lead or Acting Team Lead title.
