You will be instrumental in deploying the first generation of AI products that will democratize institutional-grade trading intelligence for the Indian market.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠• Autonomous Agent Systems: Architect, develop, and deploy highly scalable multi-agent Large Language Model (LLM) systems designed for next-generation quantitative market analysis and trading strategies.• AI Design & Optimization: Design complex reasoning flows, robust memory pipelines, and reinforcement learning loops to create adaptive and self-improving AI agents.• System Integration: Integrate developed models with real-time market data streams, sophisticated retrieval systems (RAG), and secure trading execution APIs.• Performance Engineering: Optimize the inference and orchestration layers of the AI pipeline to ensure high performance, reliability, and low-latency execution critical for trading applications.• Technical Leadership: Actively participate in design reviews, contribute to defining best practices, and help establish the foundation for production-grade AI systems within the organization.𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞Required Skills & Experience:• Experience: 2–6 years of demonstrated, hands-on experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-grade Machine Learning or AI-driven products.• LLM & Agent Expertise: Proven practical experience working with leading Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) and autonomous agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, or custom multi-agent architectures).• Core Engineering: Exceptional programming proficiency in Python. Strong experience with developing and consuming APIs, designing asynchronous systems, and deploying applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).• AI Infrastructure: Expertise in scaling AI pipelines, specifically involving the use of vector databases (Vector DBs), embeddings, and advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.Ideal Mindset:• Entrepreneurial Drive: A strong bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and an inherent drive associated with high-velocity startup environments.• Impact Focus: A desire to build foundational systems that directly and fundamentally redefine how India approaches financial trading.𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐋?
