ID proof (Aadhaar Card or PAN Card) Eligibility: Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shiftsJob Overview:We are seeking a skilled employee in HR Reporting and MIS background having 2-4 years of hands-on experience in preparing various HR Reports, dashboards and custom datasets.This role demands a meticulous professional with a strong command of English and the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders and critically think the data and provide in a professional and managed way.Key Responsibilities: Gather, Analyze and interpret data from various sources to product accurate and timely reportsContinuously improve reporting processes to increase efficiency and qualityMaintain documentation on reporting processes data definitions and standard reportSupport ad hoc data requests and special projects as required.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Qualification & Skillset:Any Graduate (Non Technical)2-4 years of experience in Reporting & Data AnalysisStrong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft ExcelExceptional command of English, with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally.Attention to detail in terms of handling various data sourcesDeep understanding of SLAs and KPIs and a track record of achieving or exceeding them. Key Skills:Knowledge of Advanced Excel MandatoryKnowledge of data gathering and reporting tools like Tableau & Cognos, MandatoryBasic Knowledge of Workday ReportsDocumentation ValidationGlobal Stakeholder ManagementProcess Improvement and ComplianceSLA & KPI AdherenceExcellent Communication and Analytical Skills
