Genomic Data Analyst Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled Genomic Data Analyst to provide high-quality analysis, interpretation, and reporting of genomic data. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in molecular genetics and bioinformatics.Deliver accurate and reliable analysis of whole exome, whole genome, and targeted gene panel sequencing data.Review and interpret genetic variants according to established guidelines and industry standards.Main Responsibilities:Generate clear, concise, and clinically relevant genetic reports for medical professionals, clients, and internal teams.Collaborate with laboratory scientists, bioinformaticians, and clinical teams to ensure timely and efficient case review.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of genetic databases, variant classification tools, and the latest scientific literature.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Genetics, Genetic Counseling, or a related field.In-depth understanding of human genetics, variant interpretation, and genomic technologies.Familiarity with ClinVar, gnomAD, HGMD, OMIM, Varsome, or similar genomic databases and tools.This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively analyze complex genomic data and communicate results to various stakeholders.
