Product StrategistWe deliver innovative solutions for financial institutions.A dedicated team collaborates with clients on complex projects in a dynamic environment where growth occurs daily.Candidates who share our values, possess relevant skills, and are passionate about shaping the digital future of finance are welcome.About the Job:The Product Strategist defines, governs, and executes the product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end strategy for a comprehensive Branch Automation and Teller Operations platform designed for retail, SME, and corporate banking.This role ensures that the platform remains compliant, operationally efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with evolving branch-level service needs, regulatory expectations, and digital transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Communicate the product vision, strategy, and go-to-market approach ensuring alignment with branch-banking priorities, operational efficiency goals, regulatory expectations, commercial objectives, and competitive positioning.Drive the Branch UX Modernization agenda, ensuring teller screens provide modern workflows, dual-monitor support, accessibility compliance, rapid navigation, and performance improvements that directly impact teller efficiency.Owning and prioritizing the product backlog focusing on high-value branch automation features and modules such as account services, cash operations, teller workflows, approvals, audit & reconciliation, and adjusting priorities as business needs evolve.Managing the Migration & Version Upgrade Roadmap to ensure seamless adoption across banks while maintaining backward compatibility and minimizing operational disruption.Converting business, operational, and regulatory requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria tailored for development, QE, and integration teams.Ensuring clarity of ownership across product teams and aligning delivery milestones with strategic roadmap objectives.Owning and governing integration standards especially for core-driven transactional flows.Maintaining consistency and quality of all integrations across core banking APIs and orchestration patterns, cash recycler, cash dispenser, cheque scanner, and peripheral device lifecycles.Collaborating with enterprise architects to enforce API versioning, error handling, resilience patterns, and performance benchmarks.Monitoring product performance using analytics and KPIs (transaction throughput, teller efficiency, audit exceptions, adoption, customer satisfaction), and driving continuous improvement based on feedback, operational insights, and industry benchmarks.Overseeing security, audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and continuous enhancement for operational resilience.Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, communicate changes in priorities, risks, and dependencies, and ensure alignment across all parties.Required Skills and Qualifications:Digital Transformation Expertise, Branch Automation Knowledge, Strategic Planning Skills, Project Management Experience, API Governance, Integration Standards, User Story Creation, Acceptance Criteria Development, Business Analysis, Operational Efficiency, Regulatory Compliance, Security Measures, and Data Analytics.Benefits:Opportunity to Shape the Digital Future of Finance, Collaborative Work Environment, Professional Growth, Competitive Compensation Package, and Beneficial Perks.Others:Foster a culture of innovation and excellence by leveraging your expertise and passion for digital transformation.
