Business Modernisation ExpertAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Business Modernisation Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of implementing and supporting Dynamics solutions through the project life cycle from requirements gathering to go-live and on-going support.Provide technical guidance and support to business usersContribute towards solution design and create functional and customisation design documentsAssist with configuration and data migration, troubleshoot issues and recommend solutionsKey Responsibilities:Support the ongoing roll out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) across all countries in the Claranet GroupSupport business users with their day-to-day D365 F&O tasks and responsibilitiesRequirements:To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and experience in implementing and supporting similar solutions.
