Overview
We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Copywriter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will craft compelling and engaging copy across various platforms, contributing to our brand voice and marketing efforts. You will collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create content that resonates with our target audience and drives results. As a Senior Copywriter, you will also mentor junior writers, ensuring high-quality output while adhering to brand guidelines and project deadlines.

Outcome Expectations of this role
Deliver clear, persuasive, and on-brand copy for marketing campaigns, product launches, websites, emails, blogs, and social media.
Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels while developing new, creative angles that align with the company’s tone and style.
Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
Develop copy that not only engages but also converts, optimizing content for SEO, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Provide feedback and guidance to junior writers, helping them grow and improve their writing skills.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while delivering high-quality copy within tight timelines.

Who should apply for this role
5+ years of copywriting experience, ideally within an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
Excel in turning complex concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content.
Meticulous attention to grammar, tone, and style to ensure polished, professional copy.
Understand the importance of SEO and craft content that ranks well while providing value to readers.
Adapt writing styles and tones to meet the needs of different platforms and audiences.
Open to feedback and able to quickly iterate on copy to improve it.
Willingness to mentor junior writers and contribute to team development.
Take initiative in suggesting new ideas and improvements.
