Experienced Interior Design Project LeadWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced interior design project lead to manage our premium projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and working closely with designers and site supervisors.About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of 2D/3D drawings, including various disciplines, and will identify any discrepancies in design.He/she will review work orders, BOQs, and drawings, preparing detailed project execution schedules as required.Audit site work through regular inspections and remote monitoring to ensure quality and timeline requirements are met.Provide technical inputs and instructions to site supervisors and ensure timely updates to customers.Bridge the gap between designers and customers during project execution, fostering effective communication and collaboration.Update project trackers, share weekly progress reports, and analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks.Ensure a superlative customer experience by following established checklist and work method statements at the site.Work on key initiatives such as SOPs, pricing, and new vendor relationships to drive business growth.Key Skills and QualificationsProven experience in managing interior design projects from inception to completion.Excellent understanding of 2D/3D drawings and ability to identify design discrepancies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.Self-motivated and proactive approach to achieving goals and objectives.What We OfferA challenging and rewarding role with opportunities for career growth and development.
