Job TitleLeverage your expertise in travel operations to drive business success with our team.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Enterprise Strategic Sourcing team as a Global Business Travel expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing sourcing projects that accomplish the goals of both our organization and the business units we support.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all aspects of business travel arrangements, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics while maintaining adherence to travel policies and budgets.Analyze travel trends and traveler behavior to suggest business travel initiatives and savings opportunities.Drive policy compliance, operational efficiencies, and digitization by leveraging expertise and tools from travel-related vendors.Track TMC performance, handle service level expectations, meet overall monitoring goals, and SLA metrics.Oversee business travel policy compliance and provide operational support during emergency situations.Work with global colleagues to create a strong diverse culture and serve as the central point of contact for trouble-shooting queries from individuals, arrangers, or the wider administrative community.Requirements5 years' experience in Corporate Travel Management.Bachelor's Degree or Master's.Vendor management skills, global travel category management/travel operation skills, negotiation & sourcing skills.About UsWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workplace.
