Plant /Job Location : Dewas, M.P.


Job Description :

1. To monitor the process & execution of batches as per applicable BPCR / SOP.

2. To keep the equipment, utensils, materials, required containers etc with proper status as per applicable SOP.

3. To receive R.M. & Solvents from stores & check for correctness as per “Raw Material Requisition Slip” & to keep/store at the assigned place.

4. To check & ensure the correct raw material with correct qty. in correct equipment as per mentioned procedure in applicable BPCR.

5. To ensure proper house keeping in plant.

6. To fill the BPCR, Usage log books and related documents online & correctly.

7. To send sample to Q.C. timely along with intimation as per procedure.

After receiving & reviewing, to be entered in BPCR timely.

8. To ensure that batches are charged on time as per scheduled planning.

9. Hand over & take over charge at the end of the shift, take charge on the spot near to the equipment applicable with physical verification of process parameters, materials & all related documents.

10. To send intimation slip to Maintenance Department for any breakdown / minor maintenance Jobs & to ensure and check the job on completion of work.

11. To report any incident or any undesired event to reporting senior and In case of any emergency immediately contact to Plant In-Charge.

12. To maintain cGMP & safety and implementation of safety guidelines in plant.

13. To dispose off the generated waste from plant timely by following applicable procedure & safety instructions.

14. To ensure execution/completion of any work with safety permit system & necessary safety equipment.

15. Any other work as & when required, given by Plant In-Charge.
