AI Solution ArchitectWe are looking for a seasoned AI/ML solution architect to design, develop and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating RAG pipelines, agent workflows and multimodal AI systems.Main Responsibilities:Develop Enterprise-Level Solutions: Design and develop enterprise-level Gen AI solutions, including RAG architectures, vector search and retrieval workflows.Implement and Optimize Pipelines: Implement and optimize RAG pipelines, query rewriting and prompt tuning.Build Agentic AI Applications: Build Agentic AI applications using LangGraph or similar agent orchestration frameworks.Integrate and Fine-Tune LLMs: Integrate and fine-tune open-source LLMs for real-world use cases.Measure and Enhance Performance: Measure, refine and enhance Gen AI solution performance.Troubleshoot Complex Workflows: Troubleshoot complex ML and Gen AI workflows with strong analytical skills.Mandatory Skills:6+ Years of Experience: 6+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development with at least one production-grade Gen AI use case.RAG-Based Experience: Strong practical experience in RAG-based or Agentic AI implementations.Open-Source LLMs: Hands-on expertise with open-source LLMs and multimodal models.Agentic AI Frameworks: Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks like LangGraph.Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.
