Key Expertise: Solution DevelopmentJob Description:We work closely with customers to understand their business and technical requirements. We facilitate workshops to gather insights into their needs and document our understanding in a clear and concise manner.Based on the customer's pain points, we design solutions that leverage cloud-native technologies. We develop outlines of the proposed solution, high-level designs, low-level designs, bills of materials, and feasibility assessments.Our team is involved in designing solutions for hybrid environments comprising OpenStack and public clouds like AWS, Azure, or GCP. We have basic to intermediate knowledge of Kubernetes, microservices, and containerized workloads.When needed, we collaborate with senior architects to ensure that our expertise meets the project's demands.Responsibilities include preparing proposals, statements of work, technical write-ups, architecture diagrams, and responding to RFI/RFPs with well-structured documentation.Additionally, we maintain up-to-date templates, diagrams, and reusable assets. We conduct product demos and cloud walkthroughs for customers, ensuring they understand the proposed solution.We also assist in executing proof-of-concepts (POCs) in collaboration with the engineering team.Our goal is to align with sales and delivery teams from proposal stage to handover, guaranteeing a seamless transition.
