Job Title: Telecom AI VisionaryWe are seeking an innovative Telecom AI Visionary to lead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions for our telecom and networking use cases. As a seasoned professional with extensive experience in telecom, datacom, and machine learning, you will be responsible for designing and deploying robust AI systems that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop scalable AI infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and EKS to ensure high availability and autoscaling.Deploy ML systems on AWS and Databricks, leveraging expertise in vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive architectural direction and communicate technical results effectively.Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth and development of the AI engineering team.Requirements:15+ years of total experience in telecom and/or datacom, with at least 10 years in Telecom (4G/5G & IMS) and/or Datacom (Routing, Switching / SD-WAN / Provider Edge).8+ years of hands-on experience with ML algorithms, Graph Neural Networks, Time-series Forecasting Algorithms (ARIMA, LSTM…), and LLM frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, Crew AI, OpenAI APIs).Strong programming skills in Python, proficiency with ML/DL libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn), and experience with carrier-class datasets.Proven track record in designing and deploying data pipelines on GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub) for batch and real-time streaming, and experience with automating deployments and ensuring high availability.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to translate technical results into business insights and drive architectural direction.About Us:We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
