Job OpportunityRole Overview:We are seeking experienced professionals to play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise working with OTM Cloud, SQL, and have a solid understanding of Agile & DevOps practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead or participate in the full lifecycle of OTM implementation projects, driving end-to-end solutions.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective OTM solutions.Configure OTM modules, workflows, agents, and automation rules, ensuring seamless system integration.Perform OTM Cloud configurations and support integration with external systems, enhancing operational efficiency.Conduct thorough functional and technical analysis, develop solution designs, and troubleshoot system issues, delivering high-quality results.Support OTM on-premise to cloud migration activities, driving successful project outcomes.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps environment, fostering open communication and innovation.Develop detailed documentation, functional specs, and process flows for implementations, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.Required Skills and Qualifications8-12+ Years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), with a strong track record of success.Hands-on expertise with OTM Cloud, encompassing both functional and technical areas.Proficiency in SQL and OTM-related data structures, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, version control, build/release processes, and Agile methodologies, facilitating efficient project delivery.Experience with OTM on-premises to cloud migration is mandatory for senior roles and highly desirable for mid-level positions, highlighting adaptability and expertise.Excellent communication and client interaction skills, building strong relationships and trust.Additional Desirable QualificationsOTM certifications, demonstrating expertise and commitment to professional growth.Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain domain, providing valuable industry insight and application.Understanding of API/Integration concepts (SOAP/REST), enabling seamless system interactions.
