Job Description:

We are looking for an eCommerce Marketplace leader to build and manage HOPE ROZA storefronts across leading international marketplaces  (South east asia, US and beyond) and HOPEROZA.COM website . This role requires technical expertise, advertising, competition planning, inventory planning and management knowledge. Winning in our category of fashion, footwear & accessories requires experience as we are in the biggest and most competitive category.


KPIs for the Role:
  • Drive Revenue, Ratings, Ranking of our brand across Marketplaces.
  • Make HOPEROZA.COM the highest revenue generator.
  • Achieve monthly targets on KPI #1 & #2.
  • Manage stocks and operational performance on all digital storefronts.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Build a business plan collaboratively with the executive team for Website & Marketplaces prioritization, growth and strategy. Achieve agreed Monthly/Quarterly GMV targets.
  • Maintain A+ listings & catalog; A+ Content creation, Search Keywords, Bullet Points, Videos, collections and storefront brand story. 
  • Complete checking of catalog as per the company details like MRP, SP, Tax, Titles, search keywords, description of the products, Images, EANs of the SKUs, Inventory
  • Build monthly promotions plan & ad spend ( campaign, product discount, coupons, deals).
  • Manage inventory availability and product listing according to sales and demand.
  • Replenishments of styles on a Weekly basis, Monthly Basis, Top selling, Clearance.
  • Follow up on Payment, Wrong Returns & Wrong Dispatches, Claim, Reviews, Questions & more.,
  • Coordination with Warehouse Team, Packing Units, Production Team & Designing Team. 
  • Rewards & Retention, Email Subscription with customers.
Candidate Experience Requirements

Looking for an all-rounder individual who will work closely with the founding team to build the eCommerce & marketplace annual plan. Skills required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Grass, Unicommerce or other WMS, Perpetua, Helium10, Canva, JungleScout and other platforms to drive efficiency, sales and revenue growth. 
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), and data visualization tools.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support.
  • Ability to craft and execute growth strategies, identify market trends, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Proven success in scaling customer acquisition strategies and increasing customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Familiarity with AR/VR in eCommerce, AI-driven personalization, and marketplace innovations. Experience with TikTok, Instagram Shopping, and other social selling tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability to manage store ratings, reviews, keywords, content and monthly sales strategy.
