Company:MercerDescription:Develop and implement strategies for maximizing the organization's use of the Workday platform to enhance business processes and achieve operational goals.Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of Workday implementation, upgrades, and ongoing optimization projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Manage a team of Workday professionals, including analysts, consultants, and developers. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure team success.Absence and Time Tracking Requirements, Definition - Investigate the business / technical requirements for the client's Absence and Time Tracking needs, work collaboratively with business analysts and architects to clarify requirements and to achieve a consensus on the organization's needs and priorities.Provide a overview to the client on Absence and Time Tracking capabilities of Workday.Should be able to handle Payroll Parallel queries related to Absence and Time Tracking.Design the Workday solution to meet the needs.Conducting sessions with client personnel to verify the required aspects of the Absence and Time Tracking; help them fill up Absence and Time Tracking requirements template.Application Testing – Assist clients with the testing of the delivered reports.
