About this roleThis is a SDE-1 position in our Technical team, focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining Web Applications.The ideal candidate will have experience with ReactJS, Next JS, UI Kit, and CSS frameworks like Shadcn, as well as tools like NPM, Github, CI/CD, unit testing, and Git version control.We are looking for someone who can work in collaboration with the Backend team to deliver solutions, and has strong knowledge of Various UI Kit, and CSS frameworks like Shadcn.Responsibilities include building User Interface (UI), state management & data handling, API integration, performance optimization, testing, debugging & deployment, and maintaining documentation.Key Responsibilities:Building User Interface (UI): Develop and maintain dynamic, responsive, and reusable UI components using ReactJS for web.State Management & Data Handling : Implement efficient state management using tools like Redux, Context API, or Recoil, and ensure seamless data flow between components.API Integration: Connect the application with backend services and APIs, handle asynchronous data fetching, and manage responses and errors effectively.Performance Optimization: Optimize app performance by reducing re-renders, improving load times, and implementing best practices for memory and rendering efficiency.Testing, Debugging & Deployment: Write unit and integration tests (using Jest, React Testing Library, or Detox), debug issues across devices, and assist in deploying apps to the web.Maintaining Documentation : Document all updates trackable by other team members to improve knowledge sharing and transfer.Functional/Behavioral Competencies:Creative ThinkingAnalytical MindsetEmpathy and Audience AwarenessAdaptabilityAttention to DetailTime ManagementProactive InitiativeCommunication & Collaboration
