Project Leadership RoleFusion IT seeks an accomplished project leader to steer complex, large-scale initiatives and ensure successful delivery for U.S.-based teams.Oversee the entire project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Define project scope, goals, schedules, and resource plans aligned with business objectives.Mange cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.Prepare project documentation, dashboards, status reports, and risk logs.Track project progress and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.Maintain strong client communication and align expectations throughout the project.Identify risks, dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.Utilize project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) as appropriate.Drive process improvements, lessons learned, and continuous enhancement.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).13+ years of total experience, including 5+ years as a Project Manager.Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and PMP-based methodologies.Hands-on experience managing multi-location, distributed, or vendor-heavy projects.Proficiency in PM tools: MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.Professional certifications preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum.Experience with SDLC management, project scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and process improvement.About This OpportunityThis is an exceptional opportunity for experienced professionals who are passionate about leading and collaborating.
