The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise in AWS, modern data platforms, ML workflow automation, and designing AI-driven operational systems across large distributed environments.You will lead end-to-end AIOps platform development, from data ingestion to ML deployment, ChatOps integration, and intelligent incident automation for high-availability cloud infrastructures. Must-Have Technical SkillsAIOps, Cloud & DevOps (7+ Years Mandatory)Proven experience building AIOps platforms, observability pipelines, and cloud automation.Strong architecture experience with AWS Cloud, especially:SageMaker (training, model hosting, pipelines)S3, Glue, Kinesis, LambdaEKS/ECS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, AthenaAI/ML EngineeringExperience developing, training, and deploying ML models in cloud-native environments.Ability to design event-driven inference architectures with Kinesis, Kafka, or AWS EventBridge.Strong Python experience for:ML automationData pipelinesInfrastructure automationModel monitoring & evaluationCloud & Container OrchestrationDeep hands-on with Kubernetes, Helm charts, container lifecycle, and distributed compute.Strong understanding of multi-cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure preferred).DevOps & CI/CDExperience with:AWS DevOps services (CodeBuild, CodePipeline)Azure DevOpsTerraform / CloudFormationVersioning, release automation, GitOps flowsChatOps & AIOps AutomationHands-on experience integrating Microsoft Teams / Slack with:Incident routingAutomated remediationBot-driven operational workflowsReal-time alerts & rule-based actionsLarge-Scale Distributed SystemsExperience designing solutions for:Contact centers / telecom platformsEvent-driven, high-volume data environmentsFault-tolerant microservicesData Engineering FoundationsBuilding and managing data lakes (S3 / Delta Lake / Glue Catalog).ETL pipelines, metadata governance, data quality automation.Real-time streaming with Kafka/Kinesis.
