1. He/She will be responsible for a team of 50-60 associates
2. Meet or exceed KRA's of all team members such as agents
3. Be directly responsible for the overall performance of team members
4. Participate innew-hire interviews
5. Conduct performance reviews and team meetings
6. Conduct monitoring and coaching sessions.
7. Coordinate with training and quality assurance to identify systemic quality-improvement opportunities.
8. Represent the team on special projects/initiatives
9. Achieve Productivity requirements and performance delivery as outlined via Operation scorecard
10. Participate in performance improvement task forces as needed and look at continuously raising the bar for Customer satisfaction
11. Demonstrated flexibility and contributions to creating a team environment
12. Ensuring customer is advised appropriately, regulations and disclaimers are given as per the process guidelines
