Job Title: Sr. Business Systems Analyst - SAP Logistics (LE)

We are seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst - SAP Logistics (LE) to support our Logistics team. This role offers less than 15% travel, a balanced work schedule, and opportunities for your contributions to shine.


As a key member of the Global Operations team, you will leverage your expertise in SAP Logistics Execution (LE) to optimize systems and processes, drive re-engineering initiatives, and align with our organization's growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex business problems and develop automated solutions or re-engineer processes.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to address business or system challenges.
  • Act as the lead Business Systems Analyst for medium to large-scale projects, from inception to completion.
  • Provide expertise in defining, evaluating, and implementing system requirements and procedures to meet user needs while ensuring data quality.
  • Manage all phases of project management, including planning, design, testing, training, roll-out, and closure.
  • Plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing to support corporate initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with business units.
  • Prepare training materials and deliver user training.
  • Offer ongoing system support to business units.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of SAP experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on configuration in SAP Logistics.
  • Experience in at least one full project lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and data conversion.
  • Proficiency in SAP modules:

MM-IM (Inventory Management)

WM (Warehouse Management)

  • Experience in the following modules is a plus:

EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)

LE-SHP (Logistics Execution/Shipping)

LE-TRA (Logistics Execution/Transportation)


Additional Qualifications

  • Knowledge of other SAP modules, such as PP (Production Planning), SD (Sales and Distribution), MM-PUR (Purchasing), QM (Quality Management), and PM (Plant Maintenance).
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and business process skills.
  • Proven ability to plan and coordinate development initiatives.
  • Experience in project management with a track record of success.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and achieve results across functional boundaries.
