We are looking for Consultants/SME with Risk Management/Financial Compliance /Access Management Experience who can be part of this journey enabling our customers adopt Fusion Risk Management Cloud. Principal Consultant/ Sr. Principal Consultant – Risk Management Consulting:Consultants offer advice and expertise to clients to help them improve their business performance in terms of operations and structure.These roles are Client Facing and have a direct impact on Consulting. Working closely with our clients, Oracle consulting (OCSC) professionals design, build and implement strategic Solutions that can help enhance Client business performance.Your Role:• Adapts existing methods to create best solutions to solve complex business problems• Understands the strategic requirements and direction of the Clients and offer Solutions.• Uses considerable judgment to determine solutions and seeks guidance on complex problems• Interacts with peers and/or management (CXO levels) at a client and/or within OracleSpecific responsibilities may include:Support project teams engaged in the successful delivery of a wide range of initiatives, aligning Risk Management with business strategy.Work with customer management to develop Risk and Compliance strategies by doing the following:Helping in defining Access Controls to check Segregation of Duties (SoD) violations in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.Helping in defining Transaction/Audit Controls to detect error/fraud/policy violations which may occur in different business process like Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Hire to Retire, etc.Supporting management in implementing Risk Assessment, Risk Evaluation, Risk Treatment, etc.Helping develop approach to implement Risk Monitoring and Reporting Strategies.Implement end-to-end Risk Management Cloud to develop Enterprise Value business solutions for our clients as part of the broader Digital Compliance StrategySupport development of the Oracles IP by driving initiatives around market research, Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management, etc.Maintain an understanding of and continuously learn about advancements in regulations, technology and innovations across Risk Identification, Risk Analysis, Risk Assessment, Risk Mitigation.It is our intention for our people to work where they live. However, in the context of our profession and serving our clients there will be times when you will need to travel.Basic Qualifications:Minimum of 8+ years of combined compliance and consulting implementing experience. Experience must include:Solid understanding of the Finance/HCM/SCM Functions, operating models, supporting organization structures, and process best practices.Working knowledge of Risk Management Cloud modules such as Advanced Access Control, Advanced Financial Control, Advanced Access Request, Access Certification and Financial Reporting Compliance.Working knowledge of Finance technologies, viz EBS R12 & Fusion modules like GL, AP, AR, etc.Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate with clients, lead key requirement workshops, document and understand requirements.Strong competence in developing presentations required (MS Office applications like Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in commerce, Advanced Degree like a CA, CPA, ACCA, ICWA, MBA is desirable.Preferred Qualifications:ERP technology implementation (Oracle)Experience with Finance technologies such as EBS R12 & FusionProducts Industry experience (Telecommunications, Banking and Financial Services, Public Sector Retail, Engineering and Construction, Professional services)Professional Skills Requirements:Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with clients individually and as a member of an engagement team.Demonstrated leadership and time management skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, assignments and/or responsibilities.Initiative-taking and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy and demanding collaborative environment (both with clients and within the organization)Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment and structured decision-making.Ardent desire to work in the management consulting industry and deep interest in financial services.It is our intention for our people to work where they live.
