About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced User Acquisition Professional to join our team.This is a dynamic role that requires someone with deep expertise in paid social advertising for mobile games, specifically across Meta, TikTok, and Snap. You will own the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of all paid social initiatives designed to acquire high-value players and scale our portfolio profitably.Paid Social Strategy & ExecutionYou will work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and product teams to run high-impact campaigns, manage creative testing, and identify scalable growth opportunities.Creative Testing & CollaborationBuild and run structured creative testing frameworks — including hypothesis creation, test setup, learning agendas, and iteration cycles.Analyze creative results to identify winning themes, hooks, and gameplay elements that drive conversions.Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Social Strategy & ExecutionPlan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snap to drive scalable, high-quality user acquisition.Manage AEO, VO, and MAI campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS, retention metrics, and LTV-based optimization.Execute data-driven bidding, budgeting, and audience strategies to hit performance goals and reduce acquisition cost.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with product, game teams, and data analysts to align UA strategy with player funnels, in-game behaviors, and monetization.Requirements2+ years of hands-on experience running paid social campaigns for mobile apps or mobile games, specifically on Meta, TikTok, and Snap.Proven success managing AEO (App Event Optimization), VO (Value Optimization), and MAI (Mobile App Install) campaigns.Experience driving performance for ROAS-based campaigns, including optimizing toward D1/D3/D7 return and LTV.Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks — hypothesis building, setting up structured tests, reading results, and iterating.Familiarity with MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular) and paid social platform attribution.Your Skills and QualificationsAmbitious and driven individual who can deliver exceptional results under pressure.Exceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
