Job Title Genome Analyst Role Summary Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Genome Analyst to support the analysis, interpretation, and reporting of genomic data. The successful candidate will perform high-quality analysis of whole exome, whole genome, and targeted gene panel sequencing data. Key Responsibilities:Perform Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of genomic data using advanced tools and techniques.Review and Interpret Variants: Apply ACMG/AMP guidelines and company standards to review and interpret variants for accurate reporting.Generate Reports: Create clear, accurate, and clinically relevant genetic reports for physicians, clients, and internal teams.Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with laboratory scientists, bioinformaticians, and clinical teams to ensure timely and accurate case review.Maintain Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest literature and advancements in genetic databases and variant classification tools.Participate in Meetings: Engage in weekly case discussions, multidisciplinary meetings, and continuous quality improvement activities.Ensure Compliance: Ensure all analyses and reports comply with internal SOPs, quality standards, and data privacy regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Genetics, or related field.Experience: 2+ years of experience in genomic data analysis and interpretation.Skills: Advanced knowledge of genomics, genetics, and bioinformatics principles.Tools: Proficiency in using software such as Variant Effect Predictor (VEP), SnpEff, and BCFtools.
