We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and engaging with potential leads through LinkedIn to build strong business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify target prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.
- Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages to prospects.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
- Develop outreach strategies to increase response and conversion rates.
- Track and report lead generation performance using CRM or spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to refine messaging and targeting.
- Stay updated with LinkedIn algorithms, best practices, and trends.
- Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation or B2B prospecting.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and lead-gen automation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
- Ability to research industries, companies, and decision-makers.
- Goal-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, IT services, consulting, or staffing industries.
- Knowledge of email outreach and multi-channel lead generation.
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and digital marketing.
