As an EIR – Marketing, you'll take ownership of zero-to-one marketing experiments.You'll build playbooks, run bold experiments, test narratives, and design systems that attract both customers and talent. What will you do? Work with the CEO and execute various marketing strategies across multiple geographies and products.Strategize & execute various key marketing initiatives across the company.Craft narratives that connect with fintech partners and enterprise clientsConceptualize and create educational products and content for all our products Be the expert on Customers' needs, Industry trends, and various competitors in the marketSales enablement – Communicate value proposition and provide high-value sales tools, training, and collateralDemand generation – Develop and implement strategies to drive product awareness and demandBuild inbound systems for both product growth and employer brand Who should apply? Confident, structured, and incredibly passionate individualsProven experience in creating marketing strategies and initiating and driving a range of GTM plansYou're strategic but hands-on — willing to write, test, and optimizePrior experience in SaaS or B2B marketing is a plus, but mindset > titlesYou're high on ownership — when you see a gap, you fill it; when something's broken, you fix itYou think like a founder: proactive, accountable, outcome-drivenExperience range: Anywhere between 3-5 years
