Key Responsibilities of an Artist Manager Talent & Career Management Act as the main point of contact for assigned artists. Build strong, trust-based relationships and support long-term career growth. Manage artist schedules including shoots, events, travel, and deliverables, often accompanying artists to ensure smooth coordination. Campaigns & Collaborations Manage brand campaigns from brief to delivery, ensuring approvals, quality content, and contractual compliance. Support talent in non-brand work including films, OTT projects, music videos, event appearances etc. Work closely with artists, clients, and internal teams to align projects with both brand objectives and artist strengths. Track and share campaign and project performance to improve future opportunities. Sales & Opportunities Manage brand, casting, and other commercial or barter opportunities, negotiating terms and closing deals with senior management. Drive both online and offline opportunities for artists, including brand campaigns, acting roles, media features, and event appearances. Maintain accurate records of all interactions, confirmed projects, and deal terms. Identify and onboard new talent that adds value to the agency’s roster, while supporting the growth of exclusively signed artists. Representation & Operations Accompany artists to shoots, events, and industry meetings, safeguarding their interests and maximising visibility. Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, casting directors, agencies, and production houses. Monitor artist performance metrics such as audience growth, engagement, and collaborations, and recommend strategies for improvement. Proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth execution across campaigns and commitments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field Proven track record in artist/talent management Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. 1-5 years of Work Experience required
