Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in designing and deploying scalable backend applications from scratch.The responsibilities of this position include interacting with stakeholders to understand project requirements, analyzing the impact of changes, and creating realistic timelines for execution. You will also plan and execute extensive load testing for services, develop an implementation plan for the team based on load test findings, ensure that subsystems are resilient with loose coupling and high cohesion, fix or rebuild existing systems to maintain resilience, write comprehensive test cases, create ETL pipelines, collect data in a data lake, and maintain clear documentation of technical specifications, code changes, and architectural decisions.This position requires 3-5 years of hands-on experience in backend technologies, proficiency in at least one of Java, Elixir, or Golang, experience with debugging and solving issues in a cloud environment, familiarity with PostgreSQL or similar databases, experience with NoSQL databases, a deep understanding of technology and architecture in a highly scalable and available environment, experience with open-source technologies, and a willingness to work in a dynamic environment.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology required.Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities for growth and development.OthersIf you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for backend development, please apply for this exciting opportunity.
