We are seeking an experienced e-commerce professional to lead the full lifecycle of BigCommerce and Shopify projects.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of BigCommerce and/or Shopify platform architecture, APIs, customizations, and integrations. They will be responsible for managing migration projects to BigCommerce or Shopify from platforms like Magento, WooCommerce, or custom systems.Key Responsibilities:Manage project requirements gathering, sprint planning, deployment, and post-launch optimization.Collaborate with developers and designers to deliver custom storefronts, APIs, and integrations.Oversee the implementation of BigCommerce/Shopify apps and third-party integrations to enhance site functionality.Monitor QA, testing, and performance to ensure flawless store launches.Provide proactive communication to stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.Drive continuous improvement in project processes, especially for e-commerce delivery workflows.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 2+ years of experience as an E-commerce Project Manager — managing BigCommerce or Shopify projects is mandatory.Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.Proficiency in Jira, Trello, or Asana for project tracking.Good understanding of e-commerce operations — product catalog, checkout, payments, shipping, and fulfillment workflows.About the Company:We are a boutique e-commerce technology and marketing consulting company catering to B2B and B2C e-commerce businesses.
