Senior Clinical Operations Lead Job OpportunityAs a seasoned professional, you have the unique opportunity to take on a leadership role in clinical operations. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients. Key aspects of this position include managing programs, fostering effective client communication, leading people management initiatives, identifying areas for improvement, and spearheading change management.Key Responsibilities:Continuously meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Identify opportunities for growth and collaborate with team leaders to improve key metricsSupport Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs) aimed at enhancing efficiency and qualityPresent SLA reports and associated metrics to senior management and clientsRequirements:A medical degree (MBBS, BHMS, BAMS) is highly preferredCertification in CPC/CIC/CCS is requiredAt least 15 years of experience in the BPO/KPO industry3+ years of experience in a Senior Manager/Director Operations roleProven experience in managing managers or similar positionsExperience in US healthcare health plan operations is highly desirableImplementation and transition experience is also a plusWhy You'll Thrive Here:This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise and take on a challenging leadership role.
