For over 25 years, more than 100,000 organizations and a vast partner ecosystem have relied on Commvault to reduce risks, improve governance, and do more with data.  Payroll SpecialistThe Opportunity:Commvault is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with payroll regulations, and providing exceptional support to employees regarding payroll matters.The right candidate will have the knowledge of Payroll processing and accounting principles for validating and reviewing payroll transactions and a keen eye for details.What you'll do…Accurate salary calculations and variable payments.Ensure appropriate employee payroll deductions.Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information.Manage payroll functions with patience; ability to adapt to constant changing requirements of multiple countries.Work with ADP and Human Resources to ensure required taxes, social contributions, benefit programs and other deductions are handled in accordance with local laws and regulations for each country.Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.Coordinate with HR, Finance and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.Implement and maintain payroll best practices and procedures.Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with Tax, state, and local payroll regulations.Understand global payroll to determine appropriate accounting treatment of payroll transactions; complete required payroll journal entries and reconciliations for multi countries; comply with Commvault's company policies and controls.Participate in automation projects and process improvements.Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.Who you are?Bachelor of Commerce, MBA/CA/CWA Inter completed will be a great fit for this role.2 – 5 years of APJ payrolls experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with Global payroll is a plus.Proficient with systems, MS office.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Basic Accounting skills.You'll love working here because...Continuous professional development, product training, and career pathingAnnual health check-ups, Car lease Program, and Tuition ReimbursementAn inclusive company culture, an opportunity to join our Community GuildsPersonal accident cover and Term life coverReady to #makeyourmark at Commvault?
