We're building a high-performance offshore sales team to drive business development and client acquisition in international markets.About the Role:We're seeking an experienced Offshore Sales Development Representative with a proven track record of selling services to US and international clients. This role requires someone who can independently prospect, qualify leads, and book meetings with decision-makers in competitive B2B service markets. You'll be working remotely in an offshore capacity, representing NyxaLabs to potential clients across different time zones.Key Responsibilities:Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to US, UK, and international service buyers via cold calling, email, and LinkedInQualify leads and identify decision-makers within target companies seeking service-based solutionsArticulate NyxaLabs' service offerings clearly and compellingly to C-level executives and department headsSchedule qualified discovery calls and meetings for the senior sales teamManage full sales cycle for smaller accounts and service packages independentlyResearch industries, companies, and key stakeholders to personalize outreach effectivelyNavigate complex organizational structures to reach budget holders and influencersHandle objections professionally and position NyxaLabs against competing service providersMaintain detailed activity logs and pipeline updates in CRM systemsMeet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings, opportunities, and pipeline contributionWork effectively across US/UK business hours (flexibility with time zones required)Provide market intelligence and feedback on prospect pain points and competitive landscapeBuild long-term relationships with prospects through consistent, value-driven follow-upRequired Qualifications:3+ years of proven experience in offshore sales or SDR roles selling B2B services (not products)Demonstrated success selling to US/UK clients from an offshore locationPortfolio or track record showing closed deals, meeting quotas, and revenue contributionExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with neutral accentStrong understanding of B2B service sales cycles and consultative selling approachesExperience navigating enterprise organizations and multi-stakeholder decision processesSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environmentProficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and sales toolsComfortable working in US/UK time zones (evening/night shifts as needed)Resilient personality with ability to handle rejection and maintain high activity levelsStrong research skills to identify ideal prospects and personalize outreachMust-Have Experience:Proven experience booking meetings with Director-level and above decision-makersTrack record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotasExperience selling services such as: IT services, digital marketing, consulting, development, or similarDemonstrable success stories or case studies from previous rolesReferences from previous employers confirming performancePreferred Skills:Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for advanced prospectingFamiliarity with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Apollo.io, SalesLoft)Knowledge of service industry verticals (technology, marketing, consulting, etc.)Understanding of value-based selling and ROI-focused conversationsPrevious experience in agencies, consultancies, or service companiesCertification in sales methodologies (Sandler, Challenger, SPIN Selling)What We Offer:Opportunity to work with international clients and build your professional portfolioPerformance-based incentives and commission structure
