Job Title: AI EngineerDescription:Develop and deploy end-to-end AI systems, transforming prototypes into production-ready solutions.Build sophisticated AI agents using cutting-edge models (GPT-4.1/O3/O4, Claude Opus 4, Gemini).Design and implement RAG pipelines, semantic search workflows, and fine-tune open-source LLMs to drive business value.Collaborate with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and vector databases to create high-performance, scalable solutions.Oversee data retrieval systems, ETL pipelines, and handle messy datasets in real-world applications.Contribute to the development of AI-native infrastructure using Kubernetes and cloud/on-prem environments, ensuring reliability and scalability.Requirements:3–8 years of experience in AI Applications, Systems Engineering, or Data Infrastructure, with a focus on innovation and results-driven delivery.Hands-on expertise with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks, driving efficiency and productivity.Strong proficiency with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search, unlocking new insights and opportunities.Familiarity with Kubernetes, containerization, and AWS/GCP, ensuring seamless deployment and scaling.Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude, facilitating collaboration and driving success.Nice to Have:Experience with multi-agent systems, enabling complex problem-solving and adaptability.Exposure to risk analysis, defence systems, or energy infrastructure, broadening technical capabilities and perspectives.Familiarity with AI observability and monitoring frameworks, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.About Us:A global talent solutions provider connects top remote professionals with forward-thinking companies worldwide.
