Lead Frontend EngineerWe're seeking a highly skilled frontend expert to spearhead our UI unification initiative, leveraging our shared design system library.Key responsibilities include:Driving product roadmap execution and contributing to frontend architecture and product strategy.Identifying and resolving technical bottlenecks to ensure seamless development.Collaborating with engineers and product teams for UI consistency across applications.Developing scalable, maintainable frontend codebases using modern technologies.Leading component development, migrations, and ensuring high-quality user experiences.Participating in code reviews, architecture discussions, and process improvements to mentor others.Requirements:8+ years of experience working with frontend technologies, including deep expertise in TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js.Proven track record of building and maintaining large-scale frontend applications.Strong understanding and hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows in frontend contexts.Familiarity with AWS services and their integration with frontend applications.Proficiency in CSS (including CSS-in-JS like Emotion.js) with a strong focus on design systems and UI consistency.Hands-on experience with E2E testing using Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools; familiarity with VRT (Visual Regression Testing) is a plus.
