Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Civil Engineer to join our team as a full-time member. The ideal candidate will take complete responsibility for supervising and executing on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. As a key member of the project team, you will: Oversee day-to-day construction work at the project site. Manage and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly site reports, and update management. Manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment. Verify and check measurements, bills, and contractor work. Ensure adherence to safety norms and site discipline. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and management for smooth execution. Qualifications Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a site engineer in civil construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control practices . Proficiency in interpreting architectural and structural drawings . Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD , and site reporting tools. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
