Wellversed is hiring Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Trainees to work full-time out of our office premises in Gurgaon. We require the Talent Acquisition professional to understand the recruitment functions. Ultra-high proficiency in verbal communication, written communication, and operating Google Sheets and Google Forms is mandatory.ResponsibilitiesManage the non-tech recruitment and selection process.Take initial Telephonic Interview and Culture Fit interview roundsEnsure continuous pipeline creation for various open positions, identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels/sources and assess candidates to ensure role match, cultural fitment, etc.Use smart sourcing techniques to attract relevant candidates and overcome recruitment delays.RequirementsMinimum 6 months of Relevant internship experience with recruitment.Excellent Verbal and written communication skillsAbility to gauge Behavioural Aspects/Cultural Fitment of candidatesProficiency in using Google Sheets/ExcelHighly organized in work planning and team communicationPeople-oriented and results-drivenCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyLoves taking ownership and achieving targetsAbout WellversedWellversed owns and operates a portfolio of nutrition brands to empower people to attain their most optimal state of wellness.
