This role is responsible for finding exceptional caregiver talent, managing their onboarding, and scheduling them effectively to meet client needs. Main Responsibilities: Conduct thorough interviews with caregiver candidates to assess their communication skills, caregiving experience, professionalism, and culture fit. Develop and manage the end-to-end hiring workflow—from sourcing to selection. Coordinate onboarding and documentation for newly hired caregivers. Ensure candidates complete required training, background checks, and compliance steps. Maintain accurate records of caregiver information in internal systems. Schedule caregivers to clients' homes based on client requirements, availability, skill needs, and location. Coordinate shift confirmations and follow-ups with caregivers. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth daily workflows.
