Role: Record to Report Manager Location: Bengaluru Qualification: CA or other accounting graduate/postgraduate with minimum 12 years of Record to report experience Candidate should have good knowledge of accounting concepts. Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills to interpret the data and engagement requirements. Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Experience with automated accounting systems (i.e. Intacct, NetSuite, Blackline, Bill.com, Tally) Blackline experience is preferred Responsibilities: Key point of contact for our clients Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash and Month End Close cycles Lead, manage and coach client services representatives and associates Review monthly journal entries prepared by support staff for prepaid expenses, fixed asset, accrued expenses, payroll, and / or inventory transactions, as applicable, in an accurate and timely manner Understands the purpose of reconciliations. Approves bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations Prepare/Review client's monthly financial statements including month over month variance analysis and / or actual to budget analysis Analyse and interpret financial information for client management and provide actionable insight and decision support Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the clients' monthly operations make suggestions for process improvements Define and document repeatable methodologies with appropriate tools and templates that can be leveraged for future projects. Understand our technology stack and identify additional add-on processes, systems, modules, and integrations that can drive month end close efficiencies. Should have minimum 5 years of experience in managing the project team. Strong knowledge and experience in transitioning the process.
