Job Title: Account ExecutiveThe primary role of an Account Executive is to manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensure timely invoicing, and perform reconciliation activities.This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Key Responsibilities:Perform daily accounting entries in Tally including expense booking, income booking, purchase booking, and maintaining accurate ledger head classification.Conduct periodic reconciliation of income, expenses, bank statements, vendor and customer balances, and GST reconciliation.Ensure timely collection and verification of bills/invoices from relevant departments.Prepare statutory returns, including monthly GST return (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) and quarterly TDS return.Support the Accounts Manager during internal/external audits by providing required information and schedules.Assist in month-end closing activities and MIS preparation when required.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or equivalent.1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (Travel industry experience preferred but not mandatory).Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances (GST & TDS).Strong attention to detail and discipline in following SOPs.Ability to maintain organized documentation and meet deadlines.
