You will be pivotal in delivering actionable insights through robust reporting and visualization tools.Key responsibilities include:Develop, maintain, and optimize reports using HTML and OfficeConnect reporting tools;Design and manage Adaptive Dashboards;Serve as subject matter expert for Adaptive Planning;Prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports;Create dynamic visualizations and dashboards;Support forecasting and budgeting processes;Partner with business functions to provide financial analysis, scenario modeling, and decision support;Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions;You must have expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning, including HTML reporting, OfficeConnect, and Adaptive Dashboards. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles.Ambitious candidates should possess advanced proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning, strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
