What You’ll Actually Do (No, Not Admin Work) Engineer high-impact outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email—think 50+ new connections a week that open doors. Shape Enigma’s voice across Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube; creating scroll-stopping content, short-form videos, and SEO-fueled posts. Support growth experiments and marketing funnels with tools like Google Analytics, ChatGPT, and more. Assist in recruitment and operations, helping us build the team and the engine at once. Shadow and support the Founder across daily strategy, campaign launches, and startup decision-making. What You’ll Learn AI-powered lead generation and growth hacking tools. The dark arts of cold outreach and persuasive communication. Short-form content strategy and viral trend psychology. Foundational UI/UX technology, branding, and human psychology insights. Startup operations, cross-functional agility, and Founder-level thinking. Who This Is For Recent grads (0–12 months experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar.
