The Student Success Advisor will be responsible for supporting and guiding students to achieve their academic and career goals. Day-to-day tasks include providing student counseling, handling customer service inquiries, conducting educational assessments, and facilitating effective communication with students to ensure they have the necessary resources and support. The role requires active collaboration with different departments to enhance the student experience.QualificationsPossess strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication skillsExperience in Student Counseling and EducationCustomer Service expertiseAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrior experience in higher education or e-learning is a plusBachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
