Pentesting Solutions DirectorAs a leading pentester, you will oversee and manage a team of penetration testers to ensure effective project delivery and develop new security methodologies and tools. This leadership role combines technical expertise with project management skills and a keen focus on evolving threat landscapes. The ideal candidate has BIG 4 experience, proven expertise in penetration testing, and demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring pentesting teams. They should be able to lead, manage, and mentor a team of penetration testers on engagements across Web, Network, Cloud, API, and Mobile security domains. Lead end-to-end delivery of penetration testing projects: scoping, execution, reporting, and debriefs.
