Business Development Executive
The Alpha Agency, a rapidly growing creative marketing agency based in Gurugram, is seeking a skilled and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities, pitching to potential clients, and securing high-ticket deals. If you’re passionate about sales, have a sharp business mind, and thrive in the creative marketing world, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Pitch The Alpha Agency’s services to potential clients and secure high-ticket deals.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to deliver tailored solutions to client needs.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in business development or client servicing within the creative/marketing industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong sales acumen and proven experience in pitching and closing high-ticket deals.
- Familiarity with branding, digital marketing, and creative services.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Master's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
