Role: Financial Planning and Analysis ProfessionalLocation: Remote/Work from homeJob Type: Full-TimeOverview:We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a financial planning and analysis expert. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of financial models, data transformation processes, and integration tools.Key Responsibilities:Design and deploy financial models using CCH Tagetik's EPM solution.Develop and implement solutions for data transformation, ETL pipelines, and SQL-based logic.Collaborate with business analysts to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.Write TQL scripts, business rules, and calculations to support planning and forecasting.Manage data models, including custom dimensions and hierarchies.Integrate Tagetik with external systems using Data Management tools and APIs.Ensure secure user provisioning and access control.Participate in performance tuning, testing, and deployment.Provide ongoing technical support and drive continuous improvement.Support UAT and SIT processes by preparing test scenarios, documentation, and assisting end users.Qualifications:Minimum 2+ years of experience with financial planning and analysis.Strong understanding of financial processes (e.g., consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, reporting).Hands-on experience in designing and deploying financial models using PBCS, FCCS, and CCH Tagetik.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred: Candidates with Engineering or MCA or MBA or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualifications.Tagetik certified (Level 1/2/3)Skills and Requirements:Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
