Job Title: Architect – Design & Planning

We are seeking a creative and design-oriented Architect to join our team, specializing in the design and planning of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing innovative designs, preparing detailed drawings, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and coordinating with consultants and stakeholders to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop design concepts, master plans, and architectural drawings from initial idea to final execution.
  • Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, presentations, and working drawings using relevant software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
  • Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and prepare design briefs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, budgets, and project goals.
  • Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, interiors) to ensure integrated design solutions.
  • Ensure designs adhere to local building codes, development regulations, NBC, and sustainability standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Professional license/registration (preferred, as per COA norms).
  • 2–5 years of experience in architectural design and planning (for mid-level role).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, planning regulations, and sustainable design.
  • Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time, office-based with site visits.
