Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.Role SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead with deep expertise in .NET technologies to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. This role will be responsible for driving technical strategy, mentoring development teams, and ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business objectives. The Technical Lead will play a key role in integrating .NET solutions with platforms such as Dynamics 365, Azure Services, and other enterprise systems, while fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement. The Technical Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs and align with technical standards. Primary ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end technical delivery of .NET-based solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.Define and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices across development teams.Collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs.Guide the integration of .NET applications with Dynamics 365, Azure Functions, and other enterprise platforms.Mentor and coach developers, conduct code reviews, and support skill development across the team.Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipeline setup, automated testing, and deployment strategies.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide strategic solutions to improve system reliability and performance.Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure knowledge sharing across teams. Required QualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience in .NET development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and RESTful API development.Strong experience with Azure services including Azure Functions and Azure Web Jobs, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, and cloud-native design.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex software projects on time and within scope.Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and enterprise integration strategies.Experience with SQL Server and performance optimization of database queries.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical mindset with a focus on quality, scalability, and continuous improvement.
