Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telesales representative to join our team in the Communications industry. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in telesales and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
. Conducting outbound calls to potential customers
. Presenting and promoting products or services over the phone
. Understanding customer needs and requirements
. Closing sales and achieving targets
. Maintaining customer records and updating databases
Requirements:
Proven work experience in telesales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Strong negotiation and sales skills
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree is a plus
Main Responsibilities: Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently. Call out to customers to collect their orders. Pack food for take away, ensuring all orders are correct and items are properly packaged. Handle cash transactions, credit card payments, and issue receipts. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
