Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate Product Designer to join our design team. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to create user-centric designs that align with business goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their design career looking to grow their skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business objectives.
- Support the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Participate in user research and usability testing activities.
- Iterate on design solutions based on feedback and data.
- Maintain design consistency and contribute to the design system.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in product or UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio showcasing design projects and process.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with basic front-end development (HTML/CSS).
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
- Exposure to agile/scrum development environments.
