Job Tittle : UKG DeveloperTotal Exp - 8+ YearsRelevant Exp - 5+ years Key Responsibilities:5+ years' experience as UKG WFC/WFD/Pro WFM Consultant with at least 3+ years of UKG Boomi Integration Experience (with UKG Boomi enablement training (or) UKG Boomi Lab Certification from UKG as this is a requirement from UKG to develop any integrations).Designing, developing, and managing data pipelines.Provide subject matter expertise on UKG functional modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Forecasting, Absence Management, Integrations, Reports, Data views etc.Should have the ability to understand and handle UKG WFM functional requirements and configurationsCollaborating closely with development teams.Build the actual Integration pipelines between UKG Pro/Central, Logile and OtherDesigning and implementing functional and technical solutions.Optimization and tuning.Design and execute full software development life cycleWrite well-designed and testable codeProduce specifications and determine operational feasibilityIntegrate software components into a fully functional software systemDevelop software verification plans and qualityWork with a third-party team of developersDevelop software verification plans and quality assurance proceduresDocument and maintain software functionalityTroubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systemsDeploy programs and evaluate user feedbackComply with project plans and industry standardsEnsure software is updated with the latest featuresOther ad-hoc software duties as required by the business
